IF YOU INVITE OVERNIGHT VISITORS PLEASE ANTICIPATE THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES AS WELL:

EXTRA PERSON CHARGES: Infants - 2 years of age and under - Free

Children - 3-12 years of age - $7.00/night or $35.00/week

Adults - 13 years and older - $15.00/night or $70.00/week

PLEASE: NO MORE THAN 1 EXTRA PERSON IN ANY COTTAGE OVER THE OCCUPANCY RATING.

DAY GUESTS........VISITING HOURS 9 A.M. - 9 P.M.

Due to Insurance carrier requirements interior fireplaces have been converted to gas or electric units. Helmets and PFD’s may be required as warranted.

Overnight Boat Docking by reservation and a fee of $10/night or $40/week.

CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT.

REQUESTS HELD 5 MAILING DAYS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.  UNCONFIRMED REQUESTS WITH OUT A 50% DEPOSIT CONSIDERED ON A SPACE AVAILABLE STATUS AND ARE NOT CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS.
