7% NYS Sales Tax due on all rentals less than 7 consecutive nights.

Maid Service is not available w/ housekeeping unit rentals.

RATES INCLUDE OPTIONAL BED LINEN SERVICE (sheets & towels) on all stays of 4 NIGHTS OR LESS.  Weekly Tenants (5-7 nights) provide their own linens, or anticipate an additional charge.  If weekend or daily guests provide their own linens, we will DISCOUNT THE ABOVE RATES @ $20.00 OFF - 1 night rental, $25.00 OFF - 2 night rental total, $35.00 OFF - 3-4 night rental total.

EXTRA PERSON CHARGE:
Infants:  2 years of age and under - Free.
Children  3-12 years of age:  $7.00/night or $35.00/week.
Adults 13 years and older - $15.00/night or $70.00/week.

CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT. REQUESTS HELD 5 MAILING DAYS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
