The Camp Adelaide is a one bedroom downstairs unit
 in a two family building on the lakefront. 
 

This unit is wheelchair accessible and has some features designed to accommodate handicapped and disabled individuals with special needs. Wooden ramps provide access for a wheelchair; both the entry door and bathroom door are three feet wide. Due to these features designed to assist those with special needs, special terms and conditions apply to this rental.

This cottage has a knotty pine wood paneled living-dining room with a stone fireplace containing an electric woodstove insert.  Also, there is a color cable TV, FM radio and a propane wall furnace

The kitchen is equipped with apartment sized refrigerator freezer, gas range with oven and double bowl stainless steel sink.  Coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and silverware for ordinary cooking are provided.

 
The sleeping area opens off the living room with a large folding door for privacy and contains a double bed and built-in dressers. Sleeping occupancy is rated for 4-5 people.
We provide two blankets, two pillows, mattress pad, and bedspread per bed and sofa. Weekly tenants (5-7 nights) provide their own linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, dishcloths and dish towels). In addition to the double bed there are two futon double sofa beds which can be folded down to provide sleeping space.

 

 

The large bathroom can accommodate a wheelchair and has a whirlpool tub/shower with seat option for a person with special needs, suspended sink, raised toilet with grab bars and electric heat as well.

 



 
 

Viewed from the dock the Camp Adelaide is the downstairs unit
and the Camp Kaye is the upstairs unit.  There is a patio table and barbecue for your use.

 

 

The Camp Adelaide unit is downstairs in the closest
 building to the lake on the right or easterly side of the yard
 facing the lake. The cottage sits back approximately 50 feet
 from the lake on the easterly side of the property directly
 behind the right dock.  In the Aerial view, it is the cottage
 on the left, closest to the lake, directly behind the dock.
